Clarity’s Teen DBT Graduate Group is designed for teens who have completed a full-fidelity DBT program and want continued support applying their skills in everyday life. Rather than repeating the curriculum, this group focuses on generalization and reinforcement, helping teens strengthen how they use DBT skills across relationships, school, and daily challenges.
Each session includes a mindfulness practice followed by therapist-facilitated discussion about using DBT skills in real-life situations. Teens set personalized practice goals and benefit from the shared experience of peers who speak the same language of skills, helping reinforce progress and support long-term growth.
