Hi, I’m Holly! I’m a licensed professional counselor who helps adolescents and adults navigate life transitions, uncertainty and self-doubt. My goal is to help you learn skills and build confidence for long term growth. I come to the session curious about where you are in the process, focused on your strengths and expectant that change is possible.
People often come to therapy when something in life feels stuck or out of place. Sessions provide an opportunity to increase insight to a given situation and promote self-discovery. These new insights guide your next steps toward growth and change, allowing you to feel more confident in yourself and connected to others.
A fresh cup of hot coffee or going outside to see the sun soothes my senses. Getting lost in a good book or rewatching a favorite movie revives my energy. Strength training or cooking connects me to the present. All of these small moments keep me grounded and bring joy to my day.
