Hi, I’m Madison! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who helps children, teens, families, and individuals navigate eating disorders, anxiety, and life transitions. My work focuses on helping clients reconnect with their strengths, build self-compassion, and live in a way that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
Sessions are grounded in empathy, curiosity, and a nonjudgmental approach, creating a space where you can safely explore what’s happening beneath the surface and better understand your thoughts and emotions. Together, we work toward growth, healing, and a deeper sense of connection — both with yourself and those around you.
It’s a place to feel safe enough to look deeper, make sense of emotions and beliefs, and recognize what’s helping and what might be holding you back. The process focuses on small, meaningful steps, building self-confidence, and finding comfort in vulnerability and growth. Sessions are collaborative and compassionate, offering room for honesty, reflection, and the kind of change that unfolds one step at a time.
When I’m not meeting with clients, you can find me on a golf course, enjoying live music, playing games with friends, or spending time near the water. I’m a big Buffalo Bills fan, love a good puzzle, and my dog Finley is my favorite hiking buddy. I find so much joy in connecting with others and building genuine relationships. Supporting mental health has been a meaningful part of my own journey, and I’m passionate about helping others feel seen, supported, and capable of change.
