Hi, I’m Tess, LCSW/LICSW! I use a multifaceted approach to therapy, using themes from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Let’s connect to see if we are a good fit!
Therapy isn’t about perfection - it’s about connection, curiosity, and learning to give yourself a little more grace. Sessions blend warmth, human, and practical tools to help make life a bit lighter and more manageable. Whether the goal is to calm the chaos, untangle old patterns, or simply feel more like yourself again, therapy is a great place to start.
I truly believe in the power of kindness, equality, and the healing power of a good eye roll at ideas that do not serve us. I value an open mind, curiosity, and the belief that no question is a “bad” question.
